Terms of Service

OpticHub ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is an adult-oriented video hosting and social platform that enables users to upload, view, share, and monetize content. By accessing or using OpticHub, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or use OpticHub. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
• Only upload content you have the legal right to distribute
• Ensure all persons depicted in your content are adults 18+ and that you maintain required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Prohibited content includes, without limitation: any depiction of minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that facilitates trafficking or exploitation; illegal pornography; malware; spam; and content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

We respect intellectual property rights. Copyright owners may submit takedown notices under our DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Certain features may involve paid subscriptions, tips, or creator payouts processed by third-party payment providers (including CCBill). Fees, chargebacks, taxes, and payout eligibility are subject to our policies and the payment provider's terms. We may withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

You may stop using OpticHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTICHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
