DMCA Policy

1. Overview
OpticHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Platform.
2. How to submit a takedown request
If you believe that material available on OpticHub infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL preferred)
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

4. Counter-notice process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@optichub.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which OpticHub may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order within the time period required by law.
5. Repeat infringers
OpticHub may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
