The operators of OpticHub are not the primary producers (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of any of the visual content contained on this website. Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all visual content displayed on this website are kept by the respective content creators who uploaded such content, and are available for inspection as required by law.

Each creator who uploads content to OpticHub represents and warrants that they maintain all records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations for every person depicted, and that such records are complete, accurate, and available for inspection.
